What is Keto Diet?

     Keto Diet is an eating plan that depletes our body of its sugar reserves, and as a result, stored fat starts to break down for energy, and burning fat by the body eventually leads to weight loss and other health benefits. For that purpose, Keto Diet replaces the intake of carbohydrates (sugars, starches, etc.) with healthy fats, while leaving the intake of proteins on an adequate level. A ketogenic diet typically includes plenty of meats, eggs, processed meats, sausages, cheeses, fish, nuts, butter, oils, seeds, and fibrous vegetables.
